Changing Your Booking During the coronavirus lockdown, there are no restrictions on changing your booking. If you have already previously booked a date, and that date is during the lockdown, you can change your booking.
The easiest way to do this is:
Please look on your booking confirmation email, and scroll down until you see this:
Click that orange button, and it will open up your booking details, the important part is the CHANGE button ringed below:
Click that, then choose a new date, and then click a few ''NEXT'' buttons, and then tick the agree box for the TERMS AND CONDITIONS, and then finally click the "CONFIRM BOOKING!"
You will now receive a new email confirmation. Do check that you have received it. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.
This process can be repeated if necessary, if the lockdown continues for longer than expected.
