This class is suitable for complete beginners!
We recommend that participants are 11 years or above although younger members can also participate. Dim Sum Introductory Class Learn to make Dim Sum in our Dim Sum Class! In this class you will be guided under expert tuition and shown how to make 3 of the most popular classic steamed dim sum: Har Gow 蝦餃 (Crystal Prawn Dumplings) Chiu Chow Fun Gwor 潮州粉果 (Chiu Chow steamed dumplings) Sui Mai 燒賣 (Open Top Steamed Pork And Prawn Dumplings) In total you will make about 15-18 delicious dumplings each! |

Soy Sauce (small amounts of gluten)
Baking powder (small amounts of gluten)
Chinese Mushrooms
Preserved Radish
Egg Dough (contains gluten, egg)
There is a small one-off charge for any changes to the normal set menu.
If you are allergic or have dietary needs, please let us know when booking by
selecting "YES I HAVE DIETARY NEEDS" option on the booking form
If you cannot eat pork or prawn, please let us know when booking by
selecting "YES I HAVE DIETARY NEEDS" option on the booking form
Then tell us in the input box underneath if you would like chicken or veg instead as a substitute
VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS:
We can cater for Vegetarians and Vegans.
For this class they are identical except for the egg dough which the vegan will not use
(vegans will make and used 3 identical doughs instead of using egg dough)
