VOUCHER EXPIRY
If you have purchased a voucher directly through us, we are able to extend your voucher for as long as needed until you are able to use it.
If it is purchased through a third party, then your voucher is subject to their terms and conditions. Do contact us via email with your voucher details if you need any help with this.
FUTURE DATES
Usually we run roughly 5 sushi dates and 20 dim sum classes per month.
At certain times of the year, we run fewer due to staff holidays.
If the month you want to do a class is not up yet, please check back later.

Eg if your booking is for 2 and both are vegetarian, please remember to state "both Vegetarians"
If just 1 is vegetarian, please make it clear eg "1 veg, 1 usual menu"

For all classes we can cater for Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescatarian
Specifically for Dim Sum Class, we can cater for No Pork, No Shellfish. If you don't eat pork but eat chicken or halal chicken, please let us know when booking so we can prepare accordingly. For other requirements please enter it into the box when booking, and if there are any problems we will get in touch with you.

cancellations
1) If you are unable to attend for any reason, we require AT LEAST 7 days notification
2) You can change your booking to a different day before the 7 days by clicking on the VIEW/CHANGE BOOKING button at the bottom of your email confirmation
3) If you are unable to attend but have someone who can take your place, we are happy to have them come in your place. There is no need to inform us.
4) If you give us less than 7 days notice, we can amend your booking to another date subject to a rebooking admin fee of £25 per person on the booking. Click this link if you need to: PAY REBOOKING FEE
5) Please note, if you book a class and do not show, your place will be considered used.
6) Please allow enough time for travel. Classes start at the START time, so please ensure you are there on time. If you miss your class due to any reason, your places are considered USED and cannot be rebooked for another date. If you are so late that you cannot join us, we can accept a rebooking subject to the rebooking fee of £25 per person. Click this link if you need to: PAY REBOOKING FEE. Once paid please check online for availability and let us know a date you wish to transfer to.
PRIVATE PARTIES

CHILDREN
Children from 12-16 are welcome providing they are accompanied by an adult. All our classes are suitable for 12-16 age group and older. If your child is younger but has experience in the kitchen, they are also very welcome!
BOOKING FOR THE CORRECT NUMBER OF PEOPLE
Please make sure you are booking for the correct number of people.

If you have not received your booking confirmation:
1) the most common reason is that it got pushed into your spam folder.
2) or there was a typing error when you entered your email address.
