We need the SECURITY CODE only. Nothing else will work.
Please do not send us anything that isn't the Security Code.

We only want the Security Code.

Please enter it half way down the booking form where it asks:
"Do you have a Prepaid Voucher to Redeem?"
Please select GROUPON SECURITY CODE from the drop down menu.
The next part asks for your code so please type (or copy and paste) your security code into the box below.

GROUPON VOUCHER EXPIRY
Groupon Voucher have a fixed expiry date. Groupon do not pay us for expired vouchers so we are not able to accept a voucher if it has expired.
Please please do redeem your voucher by booking something before the expiry date!
Some of our classes fill up quickly - sometimes weeks or months in advance so please do not wait till the last week before the expiry date to look at booking a class.
QUESTIONS?
"My gift voucher expires this month. Does this mean I have to have my actual class before the expiry date?"
You only need to REDEEM your voucher by booking and including the Security Code on the booking form before it expires.
The actual class date can be for ANY scheduled date - even for a date after your voucher expires.
Eg. if your voucher expires on 31 April, go on to our booking page and redeem the voucher by booking and choosing a class. You must create the booking before the 31 April.
The date you choose for the actually coming to the class can be after 31 April.

3) AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION of your booking will arrive immediately - you should get one straight away.
If not please check your spam folder. If its not in your spam folder either, it could be that you entered your email address incorrectly when booking. If so please contact us and we can correct your email address for you.
FUTURE DATES
We run roughly 3 sushi classes and 20 dim sum classes per month.
We add new dates each month. We add classes roughly 2-3 months ahead.
If the month you want to do a class is not up yet, please check back later.

2) You can change your booking to a different day before the 7 days by clicking on the VIEW/CHANGE BOOKING button at the bottom of your email confirmation
3) If you are unable to attend but have someone who can take your place, we are happy to have them come in your place. There is no need to inform us.
4) If you give us less than 7 days notice, we can amend your booking to another date subject to a rebooking admin fee of £25 per person. This can be paid here - PAY REBOOKING FEE
5) Please note, if you book a class and do not show, your place will be considered used.
6) Please allow enough time for travel. Classes start at the START time, so please ensure you are there on time. If you miss your class due to any reason, your places are considered USED and cannot be rebooked for another date.

CHILDREN
Children from 12-16 are welcome to participate providing they have a paid ticket and are accompanied by an adult.
Younger children can also be accommodated but please do ask us if you are unsure.

BOOKING FOR THE CORRECT NUMBER OF PEOPLE
Please ensure you book for the correct number of people
REBOOKING OR TRANSFERRING YOUR BOOKING
If you need to change your booking you need to give us at least 7 days notice.
TO CHANGE IT YOURSELF: You can change it yourself by clicking the VIEW / CHANGE BOOKING button at the bottom of your email confirmation.
